We're Hiring: Personal Assistant (Kickstart Scheme) - Street2Boardroom

It’s an exciting time to join our ambitious team at Street2Boardroom. We’re looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant. 

Please note – this role is only available to apply under the Kickstart scheme. You need to be 16-24 years old and currently on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment to apply.

Street2Boardroom is many things; a movement, a culture, a way of life and of seeing the world. It started as a course to help people involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, illegal activities to grasp their talents and learn how to transfer them to the Boardroom.

The Personal Assistant will work alongside Clayton, CEO of Street2Boardroom to organise and administrate tasks.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised individual who shares our values and passion to join the team. You’ll work with some amazing people who really care and you’ll make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Office organisation
  • Support CEO
  • Manage appointments
  • Plan meetings
  • Write and distribute emails
  • Post articles and social content
  • Maintain database and contact lists
  • Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, programme students and external stakeholders
    Liaise with and support managers and S2B partners and sponsors

Hours / Location

  • 3 days working at the Bristol office | 10am – 4pm
  • 2 days working from home | 10am – 4pm
  • Monday – Friday
  • 5 hours per day
  • 25 hours per week

About You

You’ll be open minded, flexible, have a good sense of humour, enjoy ambiguity and will be keen to make positive and progressive change. As Personal Assistant, you will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Desirable Skills

  • Preferably experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems, office equipment, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
