We're Hiring: Freelance Networker - Street2Boardroom

Street2Boardroom is growing. We are looking for a Freelance Networker to join the team.

We believe that it’s not where you come from that matters, it’s where you’re going. We believe that it takes the same skills to be successful in an illegal business as it does in a legal one, it’s a question of vocabulary. So we’re passionate about helping people transition to the legal hustle.

Street2Boardroom is many things; a movement, a culture, a way of life and of seeing the world. But it started as a course to help people involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, illegal activities to understand their talents and learn how to transfer them to the Boardroom.

We’re now looking for the right people to help us grow Street2Boardroom further.

The Role

We are looking for a unique individual who shares our values is passionate about networking with agencies, youth organisations, police and businesses around Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon and North Somerset to build strong relationships and find the right young people who will benefit from our “Learn The Legal Hustle” Course.

In return, you’ll benefit from regular hours (to be confirmed with the right applicant) paid £12 p/h.

You’ll work with some amazing people who really care and you’ll make a difference.

About You

At Street2Boardroom, we care about people, not pieces of paper. You don’t need any qualifications to work with us but you do need to be the right person.

You’ll be passionate, dedicated and able to spot potential in the most unlikely places. You’ll believe that everyone deserves to succeed and you’ll care deeply about making this happen.

You’ll be able to build strong relationships with people who have been, or are at risk of becoming, involved in crime and you’ll be able to be real with them. You will also be able to see their potential and get them enthused about joining Street2Boardroom.

You will be self-employed and happy to work independently, organising your own diary and creating your own relationships to ensure that the right people end up on the right course.

You’ll be just as comfortable talking to someone on the street as you are to a CEO because deep down you know they’re all only human. You’re real, authentic and believe in actions not words.

How to Apply

Again, we’re not your traditional business. You can send us a CV if you want, but you can also be as creative as you’d like. We take phone applications, emails, videos… all we want is to understand who you are and why you’re right for the job. So tell us however you want.

You will need to have full UK driving licence.
